The R in liberty looks like it had a growth spurt. Don't think I've ever seen one that big. The T and Y are no midgets either.

The die that struck your coin was polished. Note The devices are smaller in size than normal. Actually the 'Y' is the tallest letter on LIBERTY:

The devices taper small from right to left as that is part of the design.

It's normal. Your coin seems to be showing Environmental Damage as well from Post Strike Damage ( PSD).
