This is one of the few culled silver dollars I got recently that doesn't have ED, just honest wear. (Some of those culls are incredibly fugly. A couple were even painted or maybe plated.)

fr2. rims are strong for such a low grade coin

Yeah, and I suppose the lettering is too strong on the reverse.

I don't like that yellowish color, either. It might mean the coin was cleaned some time ago.

I guess I'll keep it and wait for the price of silver to go up.

Definitely Fair-2.

PCGS slabbed 34 1921 Morgans at Poor-1 and NGC slabbed 9 in Poor/AG. Carry it as a pocket piece for a couple years, and you would have a shot at Poor-1.

I found this slabbed P01 Morgan on ebay. It's worse than mine, except for the word "LIBERTY." My question is how can you tell that the mint mark wasn't worn down.

There's a ding on the rim, which gives me hope for more of my Barber lowballs.
