On my uncirculated 2006 P Colorado I found a few dots. Are they called Cud?

A Cud area of a coin struck by a die that has a complete break across part of its surface. A Cud may be either a Retained Cud, where the faulty piece of the die is still in place, or a full Cud, where the piece of the die has fallen away. Retained Cuds usually have detail if on the edge, while full Cuds do not.

It does seem to be a Cud.

Not a Cud,they are die chips. A Cud always includes the rim. If it is only on the rim it is a rim Cud. If it starts on the rim and goes into the fields of the coin then it is a Cud.

A Cud has to involve the rim, which none of these do. Not a Cud, but a die chip.

On the banner, that is damage. Those devices are incuse on that area, so coin damage affects the highest points and doesn't alter the incuse devices.
