Hard to tell as the pictures are so bright but the first one looks like it has been ground and the second one looks like someone has tried to paint it. Report this Post to the Staff

It just looks like to me that the way the letter "O" is coloured and what appears to be dripping on the right side, it was painted. Have to have the coin in hand to say for sure. In either case, it doesn't really matter, it is not an error coin and that is what the OP was asking. Report this Post to the Staff
