1987-D Lincoln Penny Thoughts Is Error?

What caught my attention is the mintmark don't look right. Like it's either lower than normal or smaller. Input and options are greatly appreciated. Report this Post to the Staff

I think that this one was in the "good-enough" region. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 03/10/2019 2:38 pm also depending on how deep the mint mark punch is applied and how accurate the punching is, the mint mark can be larger or smaller and vary in location. Here is one that is enlarged from the punching, but not a RPM. The reverse is a DDR: It is not shown on the site, but my example is the one that was on the site at one time.
