I think I got the photo loaded
Also a crack from earlobe down. Obverse only reverse nice and clear.

Straight-on full pics of both sides will help in evaluation. This soft-focus angled view is inconclusive.

@gary, I do see both areas that you mention, but not with enough clarity to know for sure. As you may remember, a die crack would show up as a raised linear region on the resulting struck coins, but that top "crack" appears to be inset not proud. It might be a struck through error, but is more likely damage. Better pics would help for sure.

Who would be the best coin appraiser that I could send it to?
I cant see any PMD and I sent a photo to Russ at Indian varieties in Norman OK and he said the same as you both. I would agree on better pics. I will try for better photos of grading so I know what to coin is for sure because it looks like legit error and not PMD.
