First post. Thanks for having me. Better pictures on the way.

Never see one like this. How would it be classified?
Is it valuable?

Looks more like Two Cents that were glued together and then separated. If it were a clash the opposite dies would affected the central areas of each other with an outline of the opposite dies.

I can assure you it is not glue. I have a dslr and a usb microscope at home. I'll post more later is evening.
The secondary O and well as others on the reverse are obviously raised. And the obverse is quite funky indeed.
I apologize for my ignorance on specific terms, however. Good pictures should clear everything up (no pun intended).

You could be 100% correct. I'll let the photos do the talking.

Edit- would the clash be non rotated and uniform as your pictures show. If it is indeed a clash.

Note all the devices are mirrored. If it were a clash, they would be present from the opposite dies:

I can see the glue above the surface of the coin and the mirrored devices are see through.

First welcome to CCF. Second, while I appreciate your willingness to stick to what your eyes are telling you, this is 100% dried glue. We see this quite often where someone uses crazy glue to stick together coins and then separates them leaving behind the reverse image of that coin as an imprint in the glue residue. With your coin, the design is from the back side of the other cent.

As said, dried glue. Not an error and worth 1 cent.
