Pulled this out of a CBR. Anyone found this one yet ? Looks like some decent notching on the top left of the "T" and "Y" as well as the bottom.

I'd give you a firm maybe. I haven't received any 2019 coins in change yet. It looks like it might be but I would wait for others to chime in.

Looks like a minor DDO. A minor DDR was discovered recently by an ebay seller as well. I posted about it.

I believe I read in Coin World that DDO was found. I'll have to go back and look at the article again in more detail.

I read that too, I'll have to go find that again sometime. Maybe OPs coin is the same DDO as the one published?

Wexler is really far behind on updating his site, so we don't know about any new DDs that were discovered in the past five months.

Looks more like coin contact on the tops of those devices. The lighting on the devices is deceptive. When the light is too low, it makes one side lighter on contour of the devices. When the light is more central, the center of the devices are light, the shadows show the taper. So when you compare the actual width side by side, you can see why devices look wider.

There looks like something going on with the bottoms of the 'TY' and the top of the 'T'. But I feel this is probably a lighting issue on the width issue and minor on the 'TY' area. You might hang onto it for now. But that is what I see going on with your coin.
