2015 P Roosevelt Dime/Orange Peeling?

I am not sure what this is called regarding possible errors on this coin, but I'm almost certain of some doubling and possible die clash. I have heard the word/terminology orange peeling used before and maybe this coin is a candidate? I'd appreciate with the assistance of what alls happening here. I thank you in advance....
