I don't see it, nor do I think that is possible to occur with the current die creation processes.

instead of putting a circle magnifier over the area, please take a close up picture of the MM area. We do like pics here.

It is impossible for that to happen now. Since 1990, all of the mintmarks are carved in by a machine at the die making process. What you're seeing is called Pareidolia.

Either staining or plating blisters causing the anomaly, in which case it would be PSD.
