Having trouble figuring this one out. Looks to me to be too clean for a Rim Fin but maybe not. Hoping to get you all's opinion. Thank you

A Rim Fin is a usually on the outside edge of the rim:
1985-P-LMC-Large-Rim-Cud-Or-Rim-Fin-?
Yours is a 'rim Cud'. What causes this:

Perhaps my terminology was not quite correct. I did mean a folded Rim Fin.

Thank you for the input folks. Unfortunately, if it is not listed, it will probably remain that way.
