Collectors like their modern notes to be in uncirculated condition.
I would just spend that one or keep it as a novelty but there is no
extra value to it.

Yeah, too bad about the condition. I'd probably hang onto it knowing that it's only a dollar. Keep looking!

Serious collectors of true fancy serial numbers, collectors that seek out and purchase fancy serial numbers look at your note and see an interesting serial number on a well circulated star note. A spender.

Casual collectors that strap search and collect circulated notes see a keeper. A binary star on Planet ebay..

You'll get different opinions, but ultimately it's whatever you like.
