1964 D penny looks to have been struck wrong. The "L" in LIBERTY looks to be almost missing struck on the edge. What do yall think and if so what is it worth?

@JW5, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree with @John1 that the L is worn into the rim, but the coin is only worth face value.
