I got this 1957 D dime in change and am wondering is this what they mean by full bands? I believe this to have an RPM as well.

I'm not sure.
Top band is okay.
Bottom band is the tough one.

I know they slab these, but they are pretty common in circulation. Unlike the Mercury dimes that are harder to find.

To me it's a bit blurry to be FT, and there seem to be hits above it. Could we see a close-up pic of the full torch?

Awesome find! I pulled a 1944-S Mercury dime out of circulation the other day. The best kind of silver is silver for face value or free! Again, congrats!
