How cool. It's called a counterstamp. There is a very popular one from the 1960s on a Lincoln Cent with Kennedy facing Lincoln. Someone made a Lincoln stamp and did the opposite in this case. Never seen it before. Nice find!

Here is the LMC with Kennedy stamped on it...

Years ago they put this information out with the counter stamped coins.
