The devices seem extra thick, but no Hub doubling on the coin as far as Iknow (I would be perfectly happy if I was wrong about this) still very cool find as far as I'm concerned. I don't have anything else that looks quite like it.

It's called Die Deterioration Doubling. It was caused by the by the Very Late Die State of the die striking the coins. http://www.error-ref.com/die-deteri...on-doubling/

Also has Machine Doubling reducing some of the devices on the left sides of the devices on motto. Not a doubled die, just a worn die with MD altering it. (Sometimes it can be two or even more issues on a coin)
