Here is excerpt from chat with mint employee. I know this is ridiculous, but that's what I was told.

4:24 PMVikki
There have been 138,217 sold.
4:24 PMCustomer
Do you have the amount remaining?
4:24 PMVikki
You may click on "About" and "Production and Sales Figures".
4:25 PMVikki
There is no mintage limit.
4:26 PMVikki
You may type the item number in the search bar for the mintage information also.
4:26 PMVikki
Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
4:26 PMCustomer
Do you mean they will keep minting them forever since there is no limit?
4:27 PMVikki
Yes, that is correct.

Well...not surprised in the response since the phone reps deal with placing orders and dealing with order problems. They have no clue what is going on with the Mint products or plans nor do they need to

...there were 793 left as of 4/3

...the Mint can't strike a coin in a year different than the original year of production. They can sell them (except for
commems) but they can't make them.

..and I WILL cut Vicky some slack since she probably heard "They will keep SELLING them forever since there is no limit?" which is true..except for the forever part. They will keep selling them until they are gone....like any other Mint product

Do you really think the Mint is still striking 2017 ATB Quarter sets? They are still for sale...
