1939-D Mercury ..do You See A Nine?

HTx New Member United States 24 Posts	Posted 04/12/2019 3:44 pm Hello All I was looking through some 1939-D Mercury's and came across this one. (scan #1) I think I see a faint "9" just north of the 9 in 1939. (scan #2) Do you also see it ? What is it? An error or just an oddity? Or do I need new glasses?
