Just wondering what the cause is for the color on these dimes.Is it a result of someone tampering or some other reason. I'm new to coins and appreciate any help. Thanks!

All three are environmental damage. Might be metal detector finds.

Metal Detector finds often look like these coins:
What-Is-The-CauseS-For-The-Color-Of-These-3-Roosevelt-Dimes?
When circulated for a while the color of red turns darker and the silver color appears though the turned color.
Eventually they will turn back to silver or gray like your other examples.
