As the mintmarks were added by hand to the dies, there was some natural variation in orientation and rotation. Others will have to weigh in too, but it would surprise me if this amount of rotation brought a premium over a similarly graded '41-S.

So I made two images from this one picture. One for the angled mintmark and a second one for the large 'S' mintmark. I prefer to say angled as to rotated. (Rotated is a direction for a RPM)
