panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18687 Posts	Posted 04/16/2019 11:31 am difficult call as the lighting could be hiding something. there appears to be a lot of hairlines on the obverse which is troubling. it may have had a light dip. it looks like a GCS coin which I always avoid. sometimes you can get a deal, most of the time it does not look the same in hand and most need returned. if it is GCS look elsewhere for your bargains.
