Hello everyone my name is David and I found a deformed looking quarter that I have never seen before. I have tried to search for another like it but with no luck. So I thought I would ask the pros! Please let me know what you think. Thank you for your time.

Not an error, Post Mint Damage PMD
No way that could happen during the striking of the coin.

David, first welcome to CCF. Second, yes I agree with the others that this quarter has been damaged--not a mint error.

To CCF! Just a heavily damaged coin with Post Strike Damage ( PSD). It's only worth face value at this point.
