Ive seen dryer damage coins before, but non affecting the motos and the dates as this one.

Rim is not damaged and color appears even.
rim is not doubled as the rest of the coins.

Rock tumbler polishes depending on the fineness of the grit, whether it is done dry or wet, and how long it was tumbled.
