Disagree,i think its PMD,you can dip/coat coins in an acid to achieve a similar result.There was a clip on Utube about 10 years ago,may still be there,where the poster showed how to do it and also how he made 'clipped'coins. ...but that's the problem with ebay ,you have to be skeptical with these 'finds' but every so often one will be genuine.
