Good afternoon! Not sure about this error. First time finding one. Any thoughts on this Cent would be great and much appreciated! Thank you.

It could be a Die Chip, but it's so flattened with circulation wear and tear. It's probably most likely more of an issue with Post Strike Damage ( PSD), than anything else.

Well.. I would consider it a die chip, but wasn't sure if there was another term for such. Thank you.

It maybe debris from another coin that has been there a very long time. I've never seen a die chip on that location of the design. A extra close up view might tell us more.

It looks like it could be peeled off from the angle we are seeing from the image.

If so, then @CJ8850 consider picking at it a little with a wooden toothpick. Obviously, a die chip won't pop off.
