It's probably most likely more of an issue with Post Strike Damage ( PSD), than anything else. Errers and Varietys. Report this Post to the Staff

coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 04/23/2019 10:05 pm It maybe debris from another coin that has been there a very long time. I've never seen a die chip on that location of the design. A extra close up view might tell us more. Report this Post to the Staff
