Is this a die chip or what? I don't think it's a big plating bubble but it could be. Help please and thanks in advance!

Sure looks like Zinc Rot to me, rather than a Die Chip.

I don't think it is a die chip either,it is zinc rot.

A split in the plating and the oxygen getting to the zinc seems to be the cause to me as well.
