@tlpok, first welcome to CCF. Second, it might be a retained interior die break, but it also could be a plating blister as I see the underlying zinc around it. Please see if this "bump" can be depressed with a wooden toothpick. If not, then I'm thinking you have a RIDB worthy of saving in a 2x2.

Definitely not a Plating Blister. It's raised, so probably a huge Interior Die Break. Nice find and congratulations! A keeper and should go in a 2x2 for protection.

This is a larger-than-average die chip. Or you can call it an interior die break. Take your pick.
