looked like another coin with my grandmother's fingerprints but looked closer and doubt it is fingerprints...any clue?

Yes it looks to be a fingerprint or some other kind of staining. Safe to spend IMO.

@wrenes, I've never seen someone with completely straight lines in their fingerprint, but regardless of the source of these lines, this cent is only worth face value.
