Assuming they are all proofs I would not pay a premium to have them conserved . All I would do is give each one a soak in Acetone put them in non PVC flips and show them to a few dealers or bring them to a coin show to get evaluated .
Pictures of the edge of the rim. Certainly acetone soak, they would need to grade proof 66 at a minimum to be worth conservation. It's really hard to tell how nice they would be without the haze on them. But then I have seen amazing things with conservation.
