I have a 1939 cent which I believe is proof. It has what I think is a proof mirror behind haze and toning. I know that square rims are a give away for proofs, but I am kind of on the fence with this one.

Opinions please!

And one more, I have several of these so if one is proof, then they all are.

The pics are with the coins in coin bags, I am going to transfer them into flips tonight and set up my camera in the next couple of days so I can take better pics of them. They are all hazed / toned, so I am unsure of what to do with them, if they would grade high enough I would send them for conservation maybe. My guess is that they are proofs, though how so many ended up loose in a lot is anyone's guess. I will post more pics once I get things set up.

I've been following the auction prices pretty closely on the early proofs, and prices have generally been declining over the last few months. In PR-64 and PR-65, the 1939 Lincolns are often selling for below $100 and some are under $50. I would suspect an impaired (circulated) proof is going to be much lower.
