Guys, I saw a subtle DD on a 1970 Quarter that sold for about $2,000 US on a Numismatic Video. I have posted quarter because I believe that there are experts here who can identify stuff that I can't see. So I am in no way claiming DD on this coin. I am asking if it could be such a coin in spite of it not being obvious.

Probably a hyped up price for a 1970-D quarter that was struck on dime stock material. They are under weight and the design is weaker:
