1948 Washington Quarter Clashes, Lines Not Sure. Help

Because I have posted die clashes before, but where not, this one appears to be under the devices as some of the masters have noted in their samples.
Any help will do.

Notice how the lines are incuse? That means they are just damage. You can see the pushed up metal from where the scratch occurred, and I think that is where you see the raised lines as a clash. If you look at an overlay, you can see that no clashing marks (on the overlay) lines up with the scratches on your coin. No die clash appears to be peeking through to me. Happy hunting!
