Just looks like a normal dirty coin. Spendable.

But as mentioned, the rims will rise on a Dryer Coin, they tend to wrap over the devices:

But I'm not seeing that on this coin.

What-Causes-Raised-Rims---2016-D-Nickel

It looks lower by the top part of head and the lip is catching all the dirt could be a combo of factors of daliy circulation and thats causing uneven wear

Also a mis-aligned die would cause one side of the coins rim to be higher than its opposite, however I agree with Coop, looks normal to me..
