Was clearing out and going through the safe found this 95 silver eagle its got a really nice blue tint on it imo. found it between two panels of steel inside a shelf of the safe must of fallen in there when moving.
I love seeing these truly NT Eagles. I would normally see this one and say "How long did you blowtorch it to get that effect?" But nice to know that it CAN happen naturally. The blue is usually an indicator of applied heat....but not in this case

I've long said that you can throw out the toning rules when it comes to ASEs, they can do some wild things on their own just by being put places and in some cases it can happen rather rapidly especially if you live in the right climate. Like everything else it isn't true with all of them as it seems some will tone no matter what and some you'd have to paint to get color on them, but they can be fun to leave in random places around the house and see what happens
