Extremely struck up uncirculated coin or an impaired proof .

It does look sharp enough to be an impaired proof.

It has a straight grade if that means anything.

Ken - Only ICG could give this a straight grade. Does it not look cleaned to you from your own pics, with swipe lines in every direction?

I could go with PF-61. It's passable as a straight grade.

Agree with impaired proof. The hairlines on the obverse devices suggest that it was wiped.

OP here....the answer is? PF61. Straight.
I like this coin, wish it didn't have scratches, but then it'd be more expensive. No, I didn't buy it.
