I've seen damaged coins, but this one tops the cake. Is this even a real coin?

I've seen a lot of those ruined on different denominations. Looks like it was rubbed on concrete or a grinder was used. PSD, it did not leave the mint that way.

yes it is real but damaged, it has been sanded down!

Genuine, but a junk coin. All Post Strike Damage ( PSD). Not asxn error.
