It's an attractive Constantius II HOC SIGNO VICTOR ERIS Centenionalis from Sisica mint (RIC, Vol. VIII, #305). The reverse is remarkably well-struck and the coin has a beautiful green patina. The obverse is either weakly struck or was struck with a worn die. I like this type because of its symbolism tying it, and Constantius II, back to his father's heavenly vision before the Battle of the Milvian Bridge in 312 AD., assuring him that "in this sign you shall conquer".
