I'm relatively new to coin collecting so I'm not the best at spotting errors yet but this appears to be a die crack going about half way across the coin. I included two pictures one UST of a close up of the reverse of the coin where the error is and the other just a little closer with the error circled just in case anyone had trouble seeing it.

@coingypsy, first welcome to CCF. Second, it is great that you made it so obvious what you are looking at, but the pics are a bit pixelated. With that said, it kinda looks like there is a cut mark on the eagle's breast rather than a die crack. I say that because it looks like part of the linear mark is below the surface of the coin, while right next to it, the metal is piled up above the surface. On a die crack, the metal would only be proud (above the surface). A clearer pic would help to confirm though.

Die cracks are not considered Mint errors, they are die states(the condition the the die was in when the coin was struck) Small added value to the coin, unless it's a major crack.IMHO..Good Luck and..

When the metal splits open on a scratch, the highest points can get worn off and make it look like nothing is there on that exact spot. (same thing can also happen to die cracks as well)

First I want to thank you all for your helpful comments and also appoligize for the quality I'm working with a magnifying app until I can order a coin magnifier. Now I did go back and double check and there is absolutely no break in the metal along that raised seam I showed in the picture. Not only did I find no visible cut in the coin upon running vmy nail across the coin it didn't dip at that spot, vinstard I stop being blocked by the raised line
