1962-D-Cent-RPM-Or-OMM?

I apologize for the pic but its the best quality I can get out of my $20 microscope. Not sure if I am seeing the serif of a sideways "S" under the "D". Thanks for the input.

@CR, I don't see any OMMs listed on variety vista for the '62-D cents. There are a bunch of RPMs (link below), but I'm not really seeing a split serif on your D. Hopefully others will weigh in with their opinions too.

Over mintmarks are possible in 1962. They were either plain or 'D'. So with just one mintmark punch, it just couldn't create an over mintmark. Keep in mint die scratches could happen on the mintmark areas also. So the die scratches fade quicker on the open fields, but last longer next to the devices. That is what I'm seeing on the outside edge of the mintmark.

In the 1950's, but some claim as late as 1981.

But I'm not seeing it on the 1981-D. To me it looks more like die flow lines from what I can see. The 1980-D/S was deleted as it was not on the earlier die states.
