The die is aging. What you are seeing is called Ridge Ring. You can also see Die Deterioration to the right of the 12. Not a doubled die. Common on the single squeeze dies as the die ages. Noticed more on the 1980's Zincolns.

First to CCF..As for any Denver minted LSC, I spend about 5 seconds on each of them,since no major DDOs or DDRs are listed. Just looking for greasers and large die cracks..Best of Luck...Have fun....
