I think the front scratches are on the slab, not the coin.

with the Unc details. The cleaning I'm seeing looks to be from a light wiping, I see circular tiny scratch marks in the fields.

all the areas I've noted on red show the direction of the cleaning. there are hairlines all along these areas

You are all correct. Details unc cleaned. Is the cleaning obvious from the lines, the uneven tone, or lack of luster?

It was about half off from an ms60 or so. I did not buy it.
