Unknown Origin Of This Coin. Possible Washer, Very Soft Easy To Bend?

Coinwisperer New Member United States 4 Posts	Posted 05/16/2019 01:02 am I have searched and found nothing on this coin/washer. Have even lost in parking lot and has been ran over. Obvious denting as a result."top 10 dumbest moments of life" but I am not convinced it's a washer why would there be a line down the middle if it was.
