I purchased this as part of a wholesale token lot several months ago. It has a rather glossy look to it and appears somewhat similar to pictures of proofs of this issue. Is this indeed a proof? What would you grade it at?

great details on the sails and waves, but vicky is worn (forehead & head bands)
well cleaned, but still a keeper
