1941 Mercury Dime- Unlisted DDO?

I got this for free from a nice coin dealer at a show some months ago. I never really looked at it until now. I see doubling under the I of In and Extra thickness shows on the other devices. The dot in between IN and GOD seems thicker spreading to the South east. Let me know your thoughts, thanks!
