Without photos opinions are impossible. Depending on the grade and eye appeal it could be worth $12 or $2000. It's only worth submitting if it increases the value and salability.

Did you cherrypick this O/S yourself? If so, congrats on the sharp eye! If it's circulated, unless it's got a shot at AU55/58+ with REALLY nice eye appeal; I wouldn't stress too much about a TPG submission. There are three versions of 1882 O/S and none of them are particularly rare unless it's getting into the MS65+ range. Typical MS62/63 can be found by a collector without too much internet searching on any given day for a couple hundred bucks, it's after this that prices will skyrocket due to grade scarcity. I picked up a nice looking G4 lowballish last month for only a slight premium over melt. If it's XF or under, it's not worth the grading and shipping fees IMO.

The center of the mintmark is where you need to see if the OMM (Over Mint Mark is the same) See my past image for a real closeup view. If it is in the center of the 'O' like that and the location is the same as the coin I posted, then you have a match.

The picture is way too blurry and pixilated to tell. You are going to need much better camera equipment, if you want to get a good clear picture of the mintmark.

to CCF @Rabbit13. Looking at the background in your images I have to wonder if you are too close for your camera to focus. Try backing up a bit and crop the excess background from the images if need be.
