Just a contact mark to the coin. It if it were a doubled die, other devices would be affect on that area. Also the device is normal in size except for the contact mark. A
DDR would show a spread on other devices, this coin doesn't. Looking at Wexler listings for doubled dies, his last one is 1992-S. Same on Variety vista. These post 1996 were often are single squeeze doubled dies. So the doubling would in the centers of the designs on the coins, not on the outside edges. So that is where to look to find them. (Probably many are not looking there for a doubled die, so none are listed yet.)
