Almost certain it is PMD, but there is no zinc showing where the lines are and the extra wide rim on the rev raises some questions.

Obverse shows Misaligned Die, but the Post Strike Damage ( PSD), takes any potential value away, so it's worth 1 cent. Spend it.

Playing the devils advocate:
Why are all the devices still well spaced as regards the rest of the rim?
I take it the circles on the obverse are PMD.

One half of the rim was flattened. (Along with the devices) PSD.

Thanks all. Was thinking the circular lines were PSD, very odd. The rev rim had me stumped. It's going back into circulation.
