Cherrypicked this at a coin show today. I`m having trouble matching this one, so if anyone can help me match it that would be awesome. Shows up most prominently on the bottom of the 7. Thanks for taking a look!

Definitely a RPD, but I can't find it pictured on indianvarieties.com

It is a minor RPD, I believe, but as noted there are many of them. Little premium if any.
