Doesn't even say what it is, half or dollar etc, just "coin". But we are assured "Was passed on to me by my late grandfather and his father gave it to him." So, very, very old provenance.

Must have been on Chinese side of family who manufactured the coin themselves...

The 1804 quarter I bought off of ebay was described as "1804 Liberty Coin". So although unlikely, it is possible to find such items to be genuine.
