Is the lump behind the ear the key element of this DDO?

I came across two in the same roll but am struggling to see the "extra beard" below the jawline on either.

Nope, sorry. Just a normal cent. Not DDO-004, as there's no doubling visable.

There's a lump behind Abe's ear that's actually part of the doubling.
